This policy describes how the personal data collected through the contact form on this site is processed, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form: full name, company, email address, phone number, indicative volumes and the text of your message. The site does not use analytics tools and does not collect browsing data beyond the technical data needed to make it work.

Why we process it

To respond to your business enquiry and to assess a possible collaboration together. Nothing else: no promotional mailings, no profiling, no transfer to third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis

The consent you give by ticking the box in the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the controller's address: withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Who else processes the data

Two providers, appointed as data processors, through which the data actually passes:

• Vercel Inc. — hosts the site and receives the request sent by the form.
• Resend — delivers the email generated by the form to the controller.

Both providers are based in the United States: the transfer takes place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. The data is not disclosed to anyone else, except where required by law.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and to comply with legal obligations (in particular tax and accounting obligations, if a business relationship arises from the request). After that the data is deleted.

Your rights

You can at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to the processing. Write to info@mytuttifrutti.it: you will receive a reply within one month.

If you believe the processing breaches the Regulation, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
